Not everyone likes the vintage, fine art photography style, so I just wanted to let you know that I am also happy to offer contemporary, more colourful studio sessions if that’s your preference.   I did this session late last year in my home studio in Stoke By Clare, Suffolk with the lovely Tilly and Jack.  They were a little hesitant to be photographed to start with but soon got into it and Jack even wrote me a review on Facebook afterwards as he enjoyed the shoot so much.   I talked wardrobe a lot with Mum before the shoot so she really put some thought into choosing outfits that Jack and Tilly loved, but also listening to the advice that I gave her.   Usually, I prefer block colours but I actually really liked Jack’s camouflage t-shirt as it really suited him and as it was teamed with black jeans and shoes, and also because Tilly’s outfit was plain, the pattern doesn’t distract the eye too much.

We did a mix of smiley and more serious expressions and I love them both.  These two are so gorgeous, lots of fun and really listened to my instructions so they whole session went so smoothly, it was fab!
